I had the privilege of working with Trinice on the late Virgil Abloh’s Off White campaign, “I Support Black Women” (ISBW). She was not only incredibly professional, but her vision brought to life a dynamic, international campaign drawing on the inherent brilliance and influence of Black women creating social change. As a part of the “talent” I always felt supported, like my input and ideas mattered, and like I not only COULD, but was ENCOURAGED to bring my whole self to the project. That is not often something that Black women get to experience, let alone have requested of us. I am grateful for that powerful experience, and would absolutely engage in creative projects led by Trinice again.

Trinice has been a movement thought partner, a co-worker/founder via ESOC, and beyond. She does an incredible job at helping people map out their visions, keeping them on task, and making sure they honor their own commitments. With Trinice’s support I’ve been able to develop my skills as a facilitator and political education coordinator.

Working with Trinice was transformational. Her leadership and organizing skills translated perfectly into the hectic virtual space we were all placed in during peak quarantine. Her clarity of vision kept the project’s momentum a success and her key understanding of people and audience helped target the perfect viewership. I SUPPORT BLACK women in collaboration with Virgil (RIP) and Off White was truly a moment of growth for our whole team. Can’t wait to work alongside her again.

Trinice McNally’s keynote and presentation at William Paterson University were incredibly engaging, thoughtful, and inspiring. Her message was exactly what was needed at the helm of the Covid-19 pandemic and ongoing coverage of racial violence in the media affecting our students. Our students loved her, so we invited her again to lead a workshop on community organizing. She listened carefully to our needs, tailored her message, and delivered!
