Virgil Abloh and Trinice McNally Join Forces for I Support Black Women Campaign

Designer Virgil Abloh and activist Trinice McNally have teamed up to create a Pride capsule collection featuring a T-shirt and industrial belt that commemorates 52 years since the Stonewall riots, with 100 per cent of the proceeds going to Black LGBTQIA+ Migrant Project.
From July 29-July 31st, 2022, Black Women Radicals co-hosted the 2nd Defend Black Women March, which took place in Washington, D.C. The March was in honor of Afro-Brazilian bisexual feminist, activist, and politician, Marielle Franco, and Black Feminisms in Latin America and the Caribbean. The March was co-chaired by Jaimee A. Swift, executive director and founder of Black Women Radicals and The School for Black Feminist Politics, and Trinice McNally, Creative Director of the “I Support Black Women” campaign and Co-Creator of the Defend Black Women March.

In 2020, Trinice served as the Creative Director for the Immigration is a Black Issue Bonfire fundraiser from the Community Wellness sphere of the Alive & Well Fellowship. The campaign served to launch UBN’s new swag that captured some of the Black Women leaders in an effort to expand the narrative around immigration.
The Changemakers is an eight-episode docuseries on Paramount+ that follows the work of several remarkable activists and their respective communities worldwide. “The Changemakers” culminates various public campaigns that galvanize local support, curate a legacy for those fighting for change in their community, and mobilize and inspire them to make change. Trinice is featured in Episodes 4 (Alabama) and 6 (Ghana).
